The Treefrogs are a band that formed in 1992 and for some reason still continues to play.
We were something back when Rock was popular, regularly selling out Belmonts, Berbatti’s, and even The Crystal Ballroom. We were kings of The Laurelthirst Public House, and were so popular that we were not allowed to play there under our own name, as it would get to crazy busy.
Well, we’re still here, mostly in our original lineup plus and minus a few folk along the way. The core is till there.
The Laurelthirst Public House just turned 21 years old and can throw away its fake ID. The Laurelthirst is the home of the “East Side Sound” and has had live music twice a night, seven days a week, for over 20 years, and is famous for taking great care of its musicians. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food is FABULOUS. It’s a great place to eat, drink, dance, or smooch a date!
